BMM Forensic Services is a young and dynamic forensic investigations company which
employs a combination of traditional and modern, advanced and innovative evidence
gathering methodology by an experienced ensemble of forensic investigators and
accountants in the industry. Our investigators are specialists in various forensic
investigation fields and form a foundation of our company’s principles of outstanding
integrity and excellence.
The corporate risk of financial impropriety has increased tremendously over the years. These
may take forms ranging from fraud, theft, corruption, all forms of commercial crime, money
laundering, professional negligence, breach of trust and asset tracing, manipulative
creation of ghost employees, third party disputes, contraventions of laws and regulations,
cyber-attacks and loss of confidential information.
Our forensic investigators are well equipped to collect evidence, analyse, interpret and
present a ready for prosecution forensic report at a reasonable turn-around time.
Where necessary, our multi-pronged approach to economic crime investigations is geared
towards recouping the losses by invoking the provisions of the Organised Crime Act 121 of
1998 which are set on recovering illicit gains of crime. Our investigators will ensure that our
investigations correlate with the needs of asset forfeiture provisions in order to recover the
proceeds of the crime.
