Bonginkosi Mthembu, a director and an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa, with over 20 years of experience in the practice of law, has advised clients on various aspects of labour law. He has experience in investigating misconduct, presenting cases on behalf of employers and chairing disciplinary enquiries and internal appeals. He has advised and represented clients in the CCMA, bargaining councils, and the Labour Court. Bonginkosi has also represented clients on issues such as strikes and collective bargaining. 
 
Bonginkosi also provides advisory and strategic support to clients and has conducted training on different aspects of conflict management and dispute resolution. He represents clients in the CCMA, bargaining councils, and the Labour Court. In addition to the practice of law Bonginkosi also has a strong background in forensic investigations dating back to 2OO4. He had led complex fraud investigations in a variety of industries and the public sector. 
He was admitted as an attorney in 2OO4 and has gained experience in Employment Law, Corporate Law, and Personal Injury Law.
